9200 battery charging and discharging test system

9200 battery testing system is mainly used for EV/HEV battery charging and discharging test. There are two types of DC power module that can be configured in the system: 4912 and 4960. The module 4912 is low-voltage and high-current type, while the module 4960 is high-voltage and low-current type.


Ø Touch screen interface: 

  Through the touch screen, you can be very convenient to control the work mode and monitor the charge and discharge voltage, current, power, etc.


Ø Energy recovery:

When do the battery discharge test, part of the electricity power that the battery output will recovery to power grid via the power module, environmentally friendly and economical.


                


Ø Battery emulation:

  A battery emulation mode is provided for testing such as battery chargers, EV on-board DC-DC convertors and regenerative system. Shorter test times are possible by using a fully programmable simulated battery in lieu of preparing actual batteries for test.
